Since joining MFP, I'm down to 212.8!!! I knew I needed to watch my food intake better in order to get things moving again. I'm amazed at how quickly my breakfasts add up!!! Now that I know just how high in calories things like a 2 egg and cheese English muffin/toast with milk and yogurt and maybe even fruit is! It appears to be healthy but BOY does it add up fast! Keeping to about 1400 calories and working out at the gym looks like it's going to work! My first goal is to get down to 200lbs by my birthday May 22. I'm well on my way and very excited!
