I think you're being too hard on yourself. She'll be fine.
If you really want a routine, though, teach her a little bit about clocks. (Just learning :00 and :30 would be way more than enough for preschool.) Then tell her "when the clock says ____, we'll do ____" and write it all down. It can even include things like lunch and playtime (which you could start calling recess, since that's what school will call it). Also, see if you can find your school's schedule online. I know the school my kids would be going to (but won't) has their entire schedule for all teachers listed on their website. I could start using that schedule right away if I wanted to (except that this school only gives ONE 20-minute recess/bathroom break in the morning, and one 5 minute bathroom break in the afternoon... are you kidding me?!
