Getting very frustrated here!!! I've been keeping to the calories that I'm supposed to be eating and when I work out, I eat back some of those calories like I'm supposed to. In the last week, since getting back to the gym after an illness, I think I've gained around 3lbs!!! I'm disgusted and broken by this. HOW?
But, today's a new day, and I won't give up! Just have to pick myself up, dust off and keep going.
