So I started going to the gym and changing my eating lifestyle 3 weeks ago today, so far I've lost over 10lbs since I started and 2.5cm/0.9inch in my thighs, 1cm/0.3inch in my hips, 5cm/1.9inch in my belly, 4cm/1.5inch in my butt and 1cm/0.3inch in my arms, with a total loss of 50.5cms/19.8inch all around since I started! (21cm/8.2inch on my belly)!
I go to the gym 5-6 days a week and yeah lovin it
haven't felt this good about myself in ages..
