So here is mine! I just did workout 1 in the C25K program. At first I thought "Oh my gosh, I really underestimated this!" I really thought it would be simple but it was hard! But I kept at it and it got easier as I went. But boy are my legs jell-o! I'll do it again on Thursday! Hopefully I am not too sore from it tomorrow.
