I agree with the others about going to the er. Make sure after you get the bill you call and ask for finacial assistance most hospitals can at least discount the bill if not totally wipe it out.
As far as not being able to find the heartbeat. I wasn't able to either so I went online and did some research, one sight i found said to look with a full bladder, believe it or not i found it within 5 minutes of having a full bladder
