I agree Nicole, I just don't feel like sprays are nearly as effective.
We use lotion and I think its 55? I'm not positive. We also have a little stick that we keep with us all the time but I try to always use the lotion. I also feel like the solid stick isn't as effective, but I wanted something small to always have on hand b/c we are supposed to put sunscreen on her scar every day.
