the passing of tissue generally means you were pregnant. I have had several long periods - like 40+ days between AF bleeding, and have never had any tissue pass. You should definately seek some medical attention for this - especially to get evaluated for the Rhogam shot. If your husband is RH neg you might not need it, but i think they might just give it to you anyway to cover all thier bases. If you don't get it - but needed it - you may end up building up antibodies to the RH+ and it could affect future pregnancies.
