Val, I'm just wanting to run everyday but I can't so I want to cross train and weight train and do yoga three times a week and pilates is great and I'd like to do more kickboxing and zumba looks like fun... I wanna do it all! I think part of my deal right now, too, is that I'm a bit freaked out thinking about how Chuck working nights is going to affect our family routine. It's going to take a few weeks to settle in to a new normal.

Today I'm thinking I'll do plyo legs and killer abs from Tony Horton's 1-on-1 series. That should be a great way to kick off the weekend!
