HELP!!!! I need some BTDT advice. I noticed the other day that I am starting to get nasty saggy wight loss skin in my baby belly area. What can I do to help this? If I can't do anything that is fine by me but I'd like to maybe firm it.
Okay, I am also seeking advice on beginner running. I am really starting to feel more fit and think I'm ready to take my walk up a notch. Advice?
