Okay ladies let's post our daily workouts here. I thought we could just check in with each other to help us keep each other motivated.
I was not very motivated myself this morning though. I did about 30 minutes of weight training. Goal this afternoon is to get on my treadmill and run a little bit.
Let's get healthy and get in shape.
