Katie, I'm taking the not feeling well as a good sign for you!!!!
I did get motivated yesterday. I knew that I'd feel better after my workout, even though I didn't want to start. I ate really well too. Eggs for breakfast, chicken salad for lunch, and a big salad with steak and a light vinaigrette for dinner. I'm going to try and get a workout in today once I get my chores done.
Melissa, what kinds of awesome food are you preparing this week?
