I guess I missed last week... I just had another weigh in: 147.6lbs... and I got my 5% star on weight watchers, and got to set another goal! yay. I've changed my workout routine a little bit:
Monday, Tuesday, thursday, friday - Wii active 6 week challenge
Wednesday and Saturdays- Wii fit yoga mixed with strength
Monday through saturday- Ab workout to correct diastasis.
Sunday = rest day!
I've been pretty good on my points, and haven't been using my weekly or activity points towards food!
