Great advice. I am not snacking on like crap, I will snack on grapes, things like that. I have been wanting pancakes and french toast alot so maybe I need carbs? I wish my Dr would not weight me because when I SEE the gain is when I feel like
but I know its for a beautiful thing. My Dr said (if I remember correctly) I will put on about 10 pounds depending each last 2 months. Sounds about right?
