I don't use my crock pot much, if at all but I DO have some recipes....

Quick Ravioli
25 oz bag of frozen ravioli
1 jar of your favorite spaghetti sauce
1 cup mozzarella cheese or your favorite Italian blend cheese
Dump the bag of frozen ravioli in the slow cooker.
Pour the jar of sauce over the ravioli.
Stir the ravioli to evenly coat with sauce.
Cover and cook on high for about 2 hours. You could also cook on low for a longer period of time.
About 20 minutes before you are ready to serve, sprinkle the top of the ravioli with finely shredded mozzarella cheese.
Put the lid back on and let it melt- about 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Beef and Noodles
1 lb Stew Meat (more if you like, I usually use 1 1/2 lbs)
1 lg can Cream of Chicken (yes Chicken)
1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup Mix
Add about 3/4 can of water, more or less depending on how thick or thin you want.
1 bag of Rhodes Noodles

Mix everything together, except the noodles, and cook on High 4 hrs or low 8 hrs. Add the noodles the last 30 min of cooking. Serve by itself or over Mashed Potatoes!

Beef Stroganoff
1& 1/4 pound cubed beef stew meat
2 can condensed cream of mushroom soup (98% fat free for a healthier choice)
1 chopped onion
2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 c. water (or a little more if you want saucy) I use beef broth or red wine or a mixture of both
dash of garlic salt (I use Garlic-Garlic from Tastefully Simple)
8 oz cream cheese (cut up)
Egg noodles or Amish noodles

In slow cooker, combine uncooked meat and all ingredients EXCEPT cream cheese and noodles.

Cook on low setting for 8 hrs or high for about 5 hrs. Approx. 15-20 min before serving, add the cream cheese; stir occasionally until melted. Approx. 10 minutes before serving, add uncooked noodles, push down in sauce to get lightly coated; replace lid, but stir occasionally until noodles are soft & ready to eat.

Chicken and Broccoli
4 to 6 boneless, skinless chicken breast
2 (10 oz) cans broccoli-cheese soup
1/2 c. milk

Add all of the ingredients to your crock pot that you have sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Salt and pepper to suit your taste. Cook for about 4 hours on high. Stir occasionally. Serve over rice or noodles.

*Feel free to add frozen or fresh broccoli*

Cream Cheese Chicken with Broccoli
4 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1⁄2-inch pieces
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 package (1 ounce) Italian salad dressing mix
2 cups sliced mushrooms
1 cup chopped onion
1 can (10 3⁄4 ounces) condensed low-fat cream of chicken soup, undiluted 1 bag (10 ounces) frozen broccoli florets, thawed
1 package (8 ounces) low-fat cream cheese, cubed
1⁄4 cup dry sherry
Hot cooked pasta
Directions
Toss chicken with olive oil. Sprinkle with Italian salad dressing mix. Place in 5-quart CROCK-POT® slow cooker. Cover; cook on LOW 3 hours.
Coat large skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Add mushrooms and onion; cook 5 minutes over medium heat or until onions are tender, stirring occasionally.
Add soup, broccoli, cream cheese and sherry to skillet; cook and stir until hot. Transfer to 4 1⁄2-quart slow cooker. Cover; cook on LOW 1 hour. Serve chicken and sauce over pasta.

BBQ Chicken
4-6 pieces boneless skinless chicken breasts (i threw them in frozen... even easier!)
1 bottle BBQ sauce
1/4 c vinegar
1 tsp. red pepper flakes
1/4 c brown sugar
1/2 - 1 tsp. garlic powder
mix BBQ sauce with all ingredients listed under it. place chicken in crockpot. pour sauce over it and cook on LOW for 4-6 hours. you pretty much don't even have to stir it.

Crock Pot Chicken Pot Pie

4-5 potatoes, peeled or scrubbed, then diced
3-4 cups baby carrots, halved
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2- 1 tsp salt
Pepper to taste
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1-2 cups frozen peas
Biscuits, toast, or pie crust

Place all of the veggies in a large crock pot (mine is 6 quarts). Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Brown chicken in a little bit of oil- you don’t need to cook it through, just brown it. (This is an optional step, you can just leave the chicken raw.) Place chicken on top of veggies and cover with soup. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours. Add frozen peas and cook 20 minutes longer or till heated through. Serve over toast, biscuits, or pie crust.

Crockpot Banana Bread

1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/3 cup butter or margarine
2/3 cup sugar
2 eggs, well beaten
2 tbsp dark corn syrup
3 ripe bananas, well mashed

Grease and flour a 4 1/2 quart crockpot. Mix flour, baking powder, salt, and baking soda together in a small bowl, set aside. Cream butter with an electric mixer until fluffy. Slowly add sugar, eggs, corn syrup, and mashed bananas. Beat until smooth. Gradually add flour mixture to creamed mixture. Pour into crockpot, cover and cook in high for 1 1/4 to 1/2 hours or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let cool, then invert bread onto serving platter.

*My bread actually took about 2 hours to cook/bake, just so you know *
