I only had heartburn with my first pregnancy (so far!) and the only thing that would work was drinking milk, slowly. Since it helps neutralize the acids in your stomach it was the fastest and safest way that I knew and it worked great. I know a few of my sisters swore by crackers and Tums lol But, crackers make me ill as it is and I try not taking anything if I can help it.. I hope you find something that helps!! I know it's no fun
