I'm surprised and happy with myself - last week I managed to get out walking 3 times! I'm hoping to do the same this week - I went for about an hour yesterday, but typically walk for about 30 minutes, brisk as I can, around my neighbourhood. Not surprisingly, I've been feeling better and sleeping better as a result.
My worry is now it will be dark when I get home from work, and there is no way in H-E-double-hockey-sticks I'll be getting up early to make time before walk. I get seasonal affective disorder and mornings is when I seem to experience it worst of all.
Now if I could just get back to eating healthy. This time of year, all I want is comfort food, which amounts to carbs and sugar and grease.
