Sun: 3 mile run with hills in the morning, 1 mile walk in the evening
Mon: 5 mile run outside (nice but windy!) 47 minutes
Tues: off
Wed

Thurs: 2 mile walk
Fri: off
Sat: 2 mile walk
Pretty sure I cracked a rib Sunday night. After my Monday run it is has been extremely sore & very painful to run. I'm trying to walk, but even that hurts. This sucks!
