My first ultrasound with my DD was at about 6 weeks and we could see a little grey lima bean.
Misscarriages are real, but remember that they happen less often than healthy pregnancies do, so the odds are on your side. I really stressed out with my first pregnancy too (and I'm anxious with this one as well). Chances are, everything will work out.
