Hi!

I've seen a lot of really great neutral rooms.

Here are some examples. In the first (blog) I really love the room that uses the bright orange, it's so fun

For themes, there is the under water, jungle animals, dr suess, circus, sesame street, winnie the pooh, I personally would go with more of a color scheme like rainbow colors or primary colors

This last one is more of a vintage theme (I guess you'd call it that), but I love it and it's true neutral

However you do the room, remember that yellow and green aren't the only neutrals. Red, orange, baby blue, and black all work really well in neutral rooms.
