OK so I´m pregnant and feel like a beached whale
So I bought myself a treadmill and I´m committed (sp?) to doing 30 min of brisk walking at least 4 times a day.
I´ve been doing this for a month now (minus a little slack on the holidays) and it´s great!
Hope to be able to keep myself from gaining a ton this time around.
Also, I start prenatal yoga in 2 weeks.
