Wow, wish i had some of that energy! I find I can do things for 30 minutes, rest for 10. Work 30.. rest 10. I feel like I've ran a marathon, after each chore. Plus if i try to push myself, i get queezy and sick. So I found my 30-10 method to be working quite nicely for me.
