Yes I dream about the past too. Recently my dreams have had similar themes as you too. I don't know why it is but I think it has to do with very little real sex going on. I feel like my mind is taking me back to a time when I was randy and ready all the time. I don't know it's just my thought, it isn't the guys that's for sure lol.
