I can understand your feelings. 4/20 was my original due date, and it got pushed back a week to 4/13. I know it's highly unlikely that I'll deliver on either date, but I didn't like either one as a birthday. I don't think your feelings are irrational whatsoever. If it's worry enough for you to think twice about it, I'd say it's worth mentioning to your OB when the time comes.
