I went from 196 to 202/203 while we were moving. We do a lot of eating out prior to leaving for a job, because I have to back up our kitchen and we can't take a lot of food with us so we tend to eat ourselves out of house and home prior to moving.
I was really depressed about it.. except I lost two, almost three pounds last week! I weighed in at an even 200lbs this morning. We've been eating better, and I've been eating a LOT of fruits and veggies with and between meals. I'm also working really hard on portion control. I noticed I get hungry at the same time after a meal no matter how much I ate.. so I may as well eat two small portions rather than a huge one and then another normal sized one!
I'm hoping this cough goes away and temp goes back up so I can get back outside. If not I'm going to get on the hotel treadmill tomorrow.. I figure between the ipod and the kindle I can keep myself occupied for a mile or two
