Cautiously Expecting #2!

So around 10am this morning I called the dr. to schedule a blood test and left a message for the phone nurse. At 3:30 she still hadn't called me back so I called again and told the receptionist I needed to schedule a blood test and the phone nurse hadn't called me back and she said she'd try to page the phone nurse over the intercom, a few minutes later I get transfered to her voicemail again. Ugh!!! I left another message and she still hasn't called me! Now they are closed. Idk if I should call AGAIN in the morning or if I should wait and see if she calls and if not call Thursday morning. I'd really like to get a blood test done and get my first appointment schedule. I really hate this phone nurse, so always does this. I would really like to make a complaint on her but idk who to call for that. Sorry fo the vent, i'm just frustrated!!
