I want:

Main floor bath and laundry. OMG I am so sick of stairs.

A big kitchen with either an island or a nice big counter area between the dining area and the kitchen.

Stainless steel appliances.

5 bedrooms - one for me and chris, one each for the kids, and one room for an office OR tim and sam share and chris and i each get our own "room"

2 full baths. a kid bath and a parent bath. PLUS a main 1/2 bath.

Full finished basement with an area for the kids.

Two car garage.

Fenced in backyard with nice big swingset/play gym for kids.

I'd still live in the GR area but outside of town so that there was no traffic and i could see storms rolling in and the stars at night. god how i miss seeing the stars.
