I haven't noticed a difference before an after pregnancy, but i've just had a low grade fever for about 6 months. I've been tested for everything under the sun I can think of and it all comes back perfectly normal. So IDK what that is about at all, but I often am cold, pregnant or not, because of my temp fluctuating during the day. It usually goes up to 100.4 or 100.6 When I am sick I have to watch it really close so it doesn't go too high and cook the baby! I take a Tylenol if it goes above 101. My doctor said it should harm the baby if kept under 103.
