I love popcorn, but have a tendency to eat too much of it to make it a diet-friendly snack! I just found a recipe for these energy balls (honey, peanut butter, cocoa, oats) and they are awesome snacks for curbing hunger and keeping you satisfied in between meals. Great for toddlers too!
I also love homemade granola bars!
