Oh man! Sorry about the pre-e protocol. I have had it twice. No fun. Now I go on a special diet with each pregnancy to help prevent it high protein vegetarian diet, lots of dairy, with magnesium/calcium supplements. I limit all fluids to water and milk. I Eat all fresh/real food, and no boxed/processed foods. It made a big difference in my last pregnancy and is helping out a lot this time too.
