((HUGS)) Melissa. I always feel bad for anyone that is stuck in a job that they hate. That was the situation I was in when I finally quit my job. I used to work salaried as a retail manager and they expected me to work insane hours. My last straw was when they made me work three 16 hour shifts (open to close) in a row. I still have a chip on my shoulder about my evil boss. Working full time is hard enough as a mom, but salaried jobs are even worse.
I'm going to send you a pm soon. I need to catch up and collect my thoughts. I know where you're coming from and feel really bad for you. I think it's even harder when you work with people who don't have young children. They don't even realize what they want you to give up.
