One comment about P90X is that it's meant for people that are in shape somewhat. The workouts I did two years ago were the easier version--Power 90 (without the 'X'). It was way better to ease into than the P90X version. But if you're more in shape than I am, you should be able to handle the P90X (I could walk long distances, but anything aerobic was tiring).
