DH is a pretty good cook, and my 17yr old is hoping to get into a culinary academy next year, so as you can imagine, she's in the kitchen a lot. Every now and then my 15yr old and 12yr old will whip something up.
Everyone helps with cleaning, we have a "if you see it, clean it" policy and everyone really does pull their weight with it.
