Hi just a lurker, but I have ankylosing spondy with no damage so basically I'm diagnosed with what you have, Psoriatic Arthritis. I heard that in alot of cases the disease goes into remission during pregnancy! So don't let the arthritis dictate whether you have more children or not! you may just be in a for a pleasant pregnancy with no pain! Good luck with your dicision, but I just wanted to tell you to not let your disease make that choice for you! It makes enough choices for us as it is!!
