I am so very sorry for your loss. I have a loss very early in my second trimester as well as many losses in my first trimester. Each time I jumped right back into trying right away. I think for me it was a coping mechanism. I know that for DH and I there have been several times throughout the last 3+ years that we have had to take breaks from TTCAL because it became overwhelming and we needed to step back from it all. Only you can decide what is right for you but know that we are here for you whatever you decide.
