Just lurking, but I can tell you I had a miscarriage in August 10 (@ 8 wks) and got pregnant in Sept 10. I guess technically it was the next cycle though, because I did have a period the beginning of Sept. Not only was it a healthy pregnancy, but it was twins. After my miscarriage, I specifically asked my OB how long I had to wait to try again, and he said not at all. Good Luck!
