21 weeks & 1 day

I just feel like I'm getting fat. I see weight gain in my arms and thighs and butt, and I'm even seeing it in my calves. I really wish I didn't have body image issues, but I do. I'm definitely not exercising the way I used to, but I'm walking at least 2 miles most days. And I'm doing some yoga here and there, as well as arm and leg strengthening exercises. I'm also not eating as well or as little as I used to (and shouldn't be), but my food choices are still pretty healthy. I know that the majority of my weight gain is in my BBs and belly, which is totally fine. It's the weight gain everywhere else that bothers me, even though I know it's completely normal. And I'm on the low end of weight gain, considering my BMI pre-pregnancy and my weight at 21 weeks. I just feel so big.

I keep telling myself that I can lose the weight after the pregnancy. I'm pretty sure I'm going to sign up for the OC Half-Marathon in May 2013. I ran it in 2011, and I think that setting a goal to run the 2013 race will give me the motivation to get back into shape after the baby. I'll also have about 8 months to train, which is an entirely realistic time frame.

In Jackson news, he's been awfully quiet the past two days. I feel him move around here and there, just not as much as usual. He gives me enough assurance to know he's okay. I guess I just get spoiled on his really active days, and then it's weird when he becomes more subdued.

Last night, I had to get up four times to pee during the night. I also went right before I left my house this morning, and I had to go as soon as I got to work 30 minutes later. I went at least half a dozen times while at work, and again as soon as I got home. I had to go when we went out on our walk, and I was worried I might pee myself a little bit. Jack really must be lounging on my bladder.
