Lunch: Chicken breast, spinach and cabbage w/ sliced tomatoes, tossed in garlic, Himalayan salt and pepper.
Snack: Strawberries (crushed) with a tad bit of lemon juice and 1/2 packet Stevia.
Dinner: Spinach and garlic chopped extremely fine with chicken breast.
Breakfast: Strawberries w/ lemon juice (no Stevia)
Lunch: Chicken breast tossed with spinach, cilantro, onion, tomatoes, Himalayan salt w/ a tsp of Louisiana jalapeno sauce.

cut up onion
salt, pepper, granulated garlic to taste, pepper, cumin and chili powder, and oregano
apple cider vinegar
