Competing with your current coworkers sounds like a nightmare.
Here is my 2 cents. Don't stop ttcing! My dermatologist shared her ttc journey with me that involves miscarriage and almost the loss of her life. I won't go into the details here, pm me if you want to know the full story, but her message was this and I share this view: It's never going to be the right time to conceive and if you wait for the "right time", it might be too late for it to happen. Again, that's just my two cents!
