Me. I've never gone into labor on my own so part of my fear is not knowing what to expect. I'm scared of complications, and getting the epi but not sure if I want one again because it is nice to be able to rest some. I'm nervous about the recovery afterwards too - I've had a decent one and not so good recovery.
