I'm not so sure on my stance as to whether or not there should be a program that provides diapers. I'll have to think on that some more before I share my thoughts.
But I can say that IF such a program existed and the participants had access to a washer and dryer, cloth diapers would be the better option over disposable. Likely, the less expensive option, at that.
