Only DH, the rest of us immediately take them off upon entering the house. I do it out of comfort & I think my kids just learned to copy me. It cracks people up b/c anywhere we go it is the first thing DS does. Recently we went to the dentist and after checking in I took off my coat, helped him take off his and then all of a sudden he started taking off his shoes right in the waiting room. lol
