Thanks for your input! I can see why it would depend on my needs. I don't feel like i need education and information about childbirth, i know a lot of that already. What i need are ways to cope with the pain. If i get a doula i will still most likely get a book to read so i'm prepared myself and also so my husband can learn beforehand. I feel its important for him to learn how to help with pressure points, breathing, etc. especially if i choose not to get a doula so that is the purpose of a class for me. I have a friend who took bradley classes and said a lot of it was childbirth education which is really not what i'm looking for. But yeah, i'm just torn on which way to go. I guess i could interview a few like you said and see if that would help my decision.
