I had my appointment today. Over all it went good. He doesn't want to try anything to help me get pregnant yet because he said after a MC it can take a few months to start O again. He ask about my cycles and I told him that over all they are a normal length (26 to 29days). Then I told him how my flow was going. He sat there for a second and told me if I wasn't trying to get pregnant he could put me on BC but since I am he put me on progesterone to help even out my flow. He told me it does help some women get pregnant also said that it was fine to take through my pregnancy. I just need to contact him asap to get a different dose. After all that when I was getting my blood took for my iron levels and what not his nurse got in trouble for not telling me how to take the progesterone. What shocked me is she told me to count cycle day 1 as the first day I see any spotting or blood. This was the lady that called stuff in for me. I thought cycle day 1 was the first day I have a flow of blood? Anyways I am suppose to start taking it from CD16 to CD25. I have never been on progesterone. So I have a few questions.
How will it over all change my cycle?
Will it make me sick?
When is CD1?
