ugh I had GD and yes it does suck but completely manageable, especially since your numbers aren't over the top. Diet and exercise (even just walking a few times a week will help). I had cake at my baby shower and it made me feel like crap
my body was so used to minimal sugar that I was in like a sugar coma!
If you love fruit, try apple slices with peanut butter. I also added sugar free jelly to my cottage cheese so I felt like I was getting that sweetness/fruit even though I wasn't.
I hope your sugars stay in control but if not, they should be able to give you a pill form of insulin.
