I regularly post pictures and video on my FB page. It is locked down as much as one can be for FB (
) and everything is set to friends only. We don't live near friends and family, so for many FB allows them to stay up to date (and answers the popular question of "where are you living this month?" lol). I am also picky about who I friend.
