In all honesty, id be finding somewhere else for her to be, if she's crying through class it is impeding on the high school children's right to learn, its not their place, nor responsibility to have to take her to the toilet or sit in a classroom and have to wait while you sort out her crying.
It could be the pregnancy, or she could just be needing to make attatchments to other adults and dosent like the idea of sharing you.
