I make my lunch the night before or in the morning since I only have 30 minutes for my lunch at the office. I will make a chicken salad or have leftover pasta, peanut butter sandwich with veggies & dip. Leftovers are definitely a life/time saver. I try to make extra to feed both me and BF for lunch the next day. You could make a big lasagna on the weekend and have that every day OR freeze half and alternate between that and something else then you have lasagna frozen for another day. This can work with casseroles and other dishes too. Sometimes I buy those store fresh rotisserie chickens and make chicken sandwiches for the week. You can always "spice" it up, chicken salad one day, chicken with hot sauce the next (if you like that and can handle it when prego), chicken wtih ranch, chicken wrap, etc. Lastly, soup and salad. I love food lol, this is sad how much I can talk about it.
