Kayley gets like that too. (as i'm sure you've noticed from some of my fb posts... LOL) I've been told it's just 4 yr old girls being 4 yr old girls. Neither of the boys did this, just Kayley so I'm inclined to believe it. I think the only thing you can do is just begin enforcing the rules and if she cries, let her cry it out without "rescuing" her because next year you won't be there to do it.
