I think you have done a great job, especially with this being your first baby. Please don't beat yourself up! I know first hand how hard it is to pump at work and maintain a supply. I ALWAYS pump less at work than Owen eats, but I only work 2-3 days a week. (not full days like you do) So my supply doesn't suffer because I have so many off days in between where he only nurses. Luckily I saved a HUGE freezer stash when I had oversupply the first few months, so I haven't had to supplement with formula, but I did with my DD, a lot. I really know how hard it is and how frustrating it is.

If you decide to stop, just remember you have done an awesome job to nurse for this long. If you decide to continue, with supplements that is fine too and Carter is still getting a lot of the benefits of breastmilk. Try to relax and just pump as much as you can and make up the difference with formula. Good luck with your decision and on getting Carter to sleep. Btw Owen has finally started sleeping pretty good at night, (usually waking once to eat) and it happened with nothing done differently on my part...so hopefully Carter will outgrow this sleep regression soon too!
